I have lived in Oklahoma City since 2011. In 2026, I decided to go on an adventure to be educated at Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, in the beautiful Samara, Costa Rica, for a fast-paced, intensive program. CRSMT is a COMTA accredited school, meeting high standards in education.

As an LMT, I am excited to provide creative solutions to your massage experience. My intention is for each client to feel understood, and for each session to take its time without any rushing. I believe every body deserves to be treated with respect and equality. My goal is ultimately to meet your goals for each session. My approach is more clinical, in that I will provide postural assessments, take note of observations and outcomes, and can keep what works and adapt what doesn't for future sessions.

At Massage Goals, we offer goal oriented massage services and specialize in intraoral/buccal facial massage.

Jaw Release & Myofascial Therapy: Using techniques such as manual lymphatic drainage, external myofascial release, and intraoral buccal massage, this session is designed to help bring awareness to the face, soften fascia, drain lymph fluid, and release tension. This is beneficial for TMJD, tension headaches, teeth clenching, Bell's Palsy, healing of facial injuries (past acute phase), sinus pressure, or facial sculpting outcomes.

Custom Massage: where each session is a collaboration where we discuss what you want, and we create a custom plan that will best suit meeting your goals, whether that is to relax, find pain relief, or increase limited mobility. No matter what you need, there is no additional cost for any add-ons. No tipping is expected.
